Based in part on Lesage's own childhood, the film stars Édouard Tremblay-Grenier as Félix, a ten-year-old boy living with his family in a quiet suburb of Montreal who is prone to excessive worry. As a series of child abductions begins to grip the town, however, his vague and needless fears begin to give way to something much more real.

 Presence of Mind is a 1999 Spanish-American drama film directed by Antoni Aloy. The film is based on the story The Turn of the Screw by Henry James. A woman is hired to watch over two recently orphaned children, Flora and her brother Miles (played by Nilo Mur). The woman starts seeing ghosts and the children begin some very peculiar and disturbing behavior.
Henry James' classic tale of terror, "The Turn of the Screw" receives yet another screen adaptation in this thriller shot in Spain. A young woman (Sadie Frost) is hired to serve as a governess for two children, Miles and Flora (Nilo Mur and Ella Jones). She is hired by their uncle, the Master (Harvey Keitel), who became the guardian of the youngsters after the death of their parents. While the governess is initially enthusiastic about her job, Miles and Flora soon prove to be quite a handful, and the housekeeper Mrs. Grose (Lauren Bacall), who oversees most of the activities at the Master's estate, is openly antagonistic to her. Before long, the governess discovers the house bears a dark secret involving Miss Jessel (Dayne Danika), the previous governess, and Fosc (Agusti Villaronga), the Master's former valet. El Celo was the first feature from Director Antoni Aloy.

Ledet av en bråmoden Lolita stereotyp i utleverende sølvbikini går de på jakt etter en kikker i buskene. Alle jentene raskt med på den aggressive leken. Den eneste motsatsen er den sky og filmende Benny. Hennes amatørfilming bryter med filmens villede glossy forherligende stil.
Hva skjer idet de finner en mann i buskene?
Hvor langt klarer leder Eva å presse de andre?
Stoffligheten i filmen gjør ubehaget enda større. Klebende sand, skinnende hud, blinkende vann. Nærbilde av slurpende munner. Maur over ansikt. Mørke grumsede undervanns scener.

DE. Die zwölfjährige Diana stößt am frühen Morgen auf einen seltsamen Fund im Wald. Eine junge Frau liegt regungslos im Moos, die Beine verkratzt. Doch sie erwacht. Diana fragt nicht, sie kümmert sich. Sie spürt, die andere braucht Hilfe.
Die 23-jährige Pia ist noch wie benebelt. Sie weiß nichts mehr von der vergangenen Nacht; nur schemenhafte Eindrücke einer Party, begleitet von einem diffusen, unguten Gefühl, sind zurückgeblieben. So begibt sie sich instinktiv in die Hände ihrer kindlichen Retterin, dankbar dafür, dass sie sich ihr gegenüber nicht erklären muss.
Die beiden geben sich einander das größte Geschenk, Zeit und Beachtung und füllen die seelischen Leerstellen auf. Von der eigentümlichen Inbesitznahme ihrer Person überrascht, erlaubt sie es der Jüngeren, lässt alles zu, genießt es als eine Art Auszeit und nennt sie liebevoll ihre ganz persönliche Göttin der Jagd.
Gemeinsam lassen sich Pia und Diana treiben, gehen mit offenen Augen für das Umliegende durch die Landschaft, machen verlassene Gebiete und Dinge zu ihren eigenen, begegnen verschiedenen Personen, die sich ihrerseits von ihnen berühren lassen.
Egal, auf was und wen sie während ihrer Streifzüge treffen: Alles wirkt nach, bekommt die Farbe, den Geruch von Magie, verbunden mit einer Mischung aus Demut und Melancholie... Denn alle sind verletzlicher, als es scheint.
EN. Twelve-year-old Diana encounters a strange find in the forest in the early morning. A young woman lies motionless in the moss, her legs scratched. But she wakes up. Diana doesn't ask, she takes care of her. She feels that the other needs help.
The 23-year-old Pia is still foggy. She doesn't know anything about last night; Only shadowy impressions of a party, accompanied by a diffuse, bad feeling, have remained. So she instinctively goes into the hands of her childish rescuer, grateful that she does not have to explain to her counterpart.
The two give each other the greatest gift, time and attention and fill up the mental empty spaces. Surprised of the peculiar in -taking of her person, she allows it to the younger one, allows everything, enjoys it as a kind of time -out and calls her lovingly her personal goddess of hunting.
Together, Pia and Diana let themselves go, go through the landscape with open eyes for the surrounding area, make abandoned areas and things about their own, encounter various people, who in turn can be touched by them.
No matter what and whom you meet during your forays: everything has an effect, the color, the smell of magic, combined with a mixture of humility and melancholy ... Because everyone is more vulnerable than it seems.
