Der Fan (transl. The Fan) is a 1982 West German horror film directed by Eckhart Schmidt. The film follows a disturbed teenage girl's obsessive love for a pop singer named R who, after meeting her, eventually reveals that he does not love her back, leading to disastrous consequences.
An uncut and restored version was released by Mondo Macabro on DVD and Blu-ray in 2015.
The hero-worship that Simone has for a pop singer is built to a crescendo until she passes out when she finally sees him up-close in a crowd of fans pushing him for autographs. She is later shocked when he lets her know that he does not love her. In an instant, she is caught "in a trance" and feels a murderous urge that is bigger than the both of them.
In her contract, popular German TV moderator Désirée Nosbusch agreed to shoot the nude scenes together with Bodo Staiger. After stills from those scenes were published during the marketing campaign of the film, she tried to stop the release. After a long trial that caused a scandal in German press, she finally lost and the film was released in the original version by director Eckhart Schmidt. Schmidt and Nosbusch reconciled their struggle years after that and became friends again.

Grasshopper Island. 1970.

Grasshopper Island is a British television serial for children created by Joy Whitby. It was first broadcast in 1971. It was filmed on location in London, Milford Haven and Corsica.
The series centres on three brothers, nicknamed Toughy (wants to be a soldier), Smarty (clever), and Mouse (likes cheese). Their real names are not revealed. Presumably orphaned (their parents are never seen or mentioned), they have lived with a succession of different people – 'some nice and some nasty, but no-one who they liked in particular'. Being boisterous, adventurous and imaginative, they are regularly in trouble and consequently resent their situation. Eventually they decide to run away to sea. After escaping, they hitch a ride courtesy of the bizarre Elderly Boy in his converted lifeboat. They eventually arrive on an apparently uninhabited island, where the Elderly Boy abandons them, and they set up home.[1] After a while they discover that the island is home to the eccentric grasshopper expert Cornelius Button and his feisty housekeeper Lupus. After making friends with their new neighbours, they join forces with them to defeat the unsavoury Doctor Hopper, who wants to destroy Button's reputation and seize Grasshopper Island. Afterwards, they decide to stay on Grasshopper Island permanently.

Zrealizowany w koprodukcji polsko-zachodnioniemieckiej pogodny serial o przygodach grupki dzieci, mieszkających na wsi (zdjęcia realizowano w malowniczych plenerach w Dąbrowie nad Czarną, a także w piaskowych pieczarach koło Sulejowa). Największą atrakcją okolicy jest zabytkowy młyn wodny, który dla rozbrykanej gromadki staje się wspaniałym miejscem zabaw. Jak to zwykle bywa na wsi, jej równoprawnymi mieszkańcami są - obok ludzi - zwierzęta. Nic zatem dziwnego, że mali bohaterowie zaprzyjaźniają się z nimi. I tak płyną im wspólnie dni. Niemal każdy z nich niesie ze sobą nową, niesamowitą i niespodziewaną przygodę. Dziecięca wyobraźnia sprawia bowiem, że nawet zwyczajne wydarzenia nabierają posmaku bajkowości i tajemnicy. Dzięki talentowi małoletnich aktorów oraz reżysera Janusza Łęskiego ("Rodzina Leśniewskich", "Na tropach Bartka", "Przygrywka", "Janka") owa aura niezwykłości szybko udziela się także widzowi.

FR. Après la guerre est un film français réalisé en 1988 par Jean-Loup Hubert et sorti en 1989.
Les Américains viennent de débarquer. Dans un petit village du sud de la France, on s'apprête à fêter les libérateurs. Trois jeunes garçons, Julien, Antoine et Gaby, au lieu de répéter avec le reste de la fanfare, préfèrent guetter l'arrivée des Américains qu'ils annoncent à la vue d'une file de blindés. Mais c'étaient les Allemands en train de se replier. Le maire est tué et l'on prévoit un châtiment exemplaire pour les garçons. Gaby est pris tandis que les deux frères Julien et Antoine s'enfuient vers Lyon pour y retrouver leur mère. Ils découvrent alors, réfugié dans un moulin, un soldat allemand cloué au sol par une sciatique. Franz-Joseph est en fait un déserteur et s'il parle si bien le français, c'est parce que sa mère est alsacienne. Après avoir été soigné par une rebouteuse, Franz accepte de faire route avec les deux garçons. Commence une longue marche dans les forêts pendant laquelle Julien et Antoine vont se prendre d'affection pour leur "ennemi", cet homme amer qui n'aime pas la guerre. Deux "collabo" en train de s'enfuir procurent à Franz des habits et une moto et le trio repart. Ils arrivent dans un village étrangement désert. Pendant que les garçons dorment, Franz découvre que les habitants ont été massacrés par les Allemands. Et quand un soldat américain l'aperçoit, Franz, bouleversé, s'accuse en allemand du massacre. Quelques minutes plus tard il est fusillé sous les yeux de Julien et d'Antoine.

Midt i 70'erne flytter Maria (Ditte Gråbøl) og Nisse (Niels Olsen) i kollektiv. De medbringer deres 16-årige søn Christoffer, der er alt andet end begejstret for at blive del af det kollektive fællesskab. På grund af hans manglende solidaritet sender kollektivisterne ham i Den Maoistiske Lørdagsskole, hvor han skal lære at bekæmpe den egentlige fjende; kapitalismen. Under en aktion for lørdagskolen bliver Christoffer mistænkt for at være bombemanden fra Høje Gladsaxe, og det får store konsekvenser.
EN. Denmark in the 70's. The teenager Christoffer's parents Nisse and Maria have decided to move into a commune because they want to try the alternative lifestyle. But Christoffer doesn't like it and has trouble adapting. In school the others tease him because he lives in a commune. As a plan from the elders in the commune he starts in a Maoist group to learn about the real ways of the society. He doesn't like it but when his new girlfriend starts to see what he does as cool he goes into it. But at the same time the police start to suspect him to be the terrorist who blows up telephone booths around Copenhagen.

Lille, 1996. Sabine, issue d'une famille ayant des problèmes financiers, est une adolescente de 15 ans, surdouée en maths, dont le caractère est déjà bien affirmé. Déterminée, paraissant sûre d'elle et ayant déjà sa propre vision du monde, beaucoup liée aux mathématiques, elle rencontre un homme de quarante ans, immigré de Tchécoslovaquie, avec qui elle noue peu à peu des liens passionnels.

Adaptation cinématographique du récit autobiographique de Vanessa Springora portant le même titre, le film reçoit un accueil favorable d'un public jeune. Après cinq semaines de diffusion il comptabilise plus de 500 000 entrées.
Le film raconte la relation d’emprise entre Vanessa Springora et l’écrivain pédophile Gabriel Matzneff au milieu des années 1980. Alors âgée de 14 ans, Vanessa devient l’amante du quinquagénaire manipulateur.
Le film dénonce aussi la complicité passive voire la « protection » dont a bénéficié Gabriel Matzneff auprès du « milieu intellectuel parisien », alors qu'il s'affichait ouvertement comme pédophile dans ses ouvrages et dans les médias.
Il s'agit de l'adaptation cinématographique du livre éponyme de Vanessa Springora.

Consent (French: Le Consentement) is a 2023 biographical drama film directed by Vanessa Filho, from a screenplay co-written by Filho, Vanessa Springora, and François Pirot, based on Springora's 2020 best-selling memoir of the same title describing the sexual abuse she experienced beginning at age 14 from author Gabriel Matzneff, then 50. It stars Kim Higelin, Jean-Paul Rouve, Laetitia Casta, and Élodie Bouchez. The film is a co-production between France and Belgium. It was released theatrically in France by Pan Distribution and in Belgium by Anga Distribution on 11 October 2023.
The film received two nominations at the 2024 César Awards, Best Adaptation and Best Female Revelation.
Vanessa Springora was 14 when she was groomed by Gabriel Matzneff, becoming his muse and victim. After experiences with a troubled home life, Vanessa loses herself under Matzneff's destructive control.
